Where duplicate accounts are identified, apkbet will close all accounts associated with the individual, forfeit any bonuses credited, and may withhold balances pending a full review.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your apkbet login credentials. An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as inactive. apkbet may apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive accounts as permitted under applicable licence conditions. You will be notified prior to any fee being applied.

Deposits are credited to your apkbet account in real time or within a short processing window depending on the payment channel. apkbet does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. You must only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements. Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. apkbet reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.

A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in circumstances including, but not limited to: the event not taking place or being abandoned; manifest errors in odds pricing; evidence of match manipulation; or technical errors that caused incorrect odds to be displayed. apkbet's decision on void bets is final.
Maximum single-bet and aggregate daily payout limits apply across all markets on the apkbet Platform. These limits are displayed within the relevant market or are available from the support team upon request. apkbet reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted from any individual account.
Cricket betting — including Pakistan Super League (PSL) markets, international Test matches, ODIs, and T20I series — is subject to all general betting rules above plus any market-specific rules published for each event. Live in-play cricket betting is offered on selected matches and markets only.

RNG (Random Number Generator) games on the apkbet Platform use certified RNG technology that has been independently tested and audited to ensure statistical randomness and fairness. apkbet does not manipulate game outcomes. Results are determined at the moment of play and cannot be influenced by apkbet after a round has commenced.
Live casino games are streamed from certified studio environments. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the round will be resolved according to the outcome recorded by the studio dealer system, which constitutes the authoritative record. apkbet will not be liable for interrupted rounds caused by the player's internet connection or device failure.

Upon termination for breach, apkbet may forfeit any bonus balances and, where permitted by applicable law and licence conditions, may withhold real-money balances pending investigation. Where termination is due to circumstances other than breach on your part, your real-money balance will be returned to you via your last verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent apkbet from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
